Children’s Medical Group is committed to providing the very best in healthcare. Our dedicated staff includes Board Certified Pediatricians, Physician Assistants, Registered LPNs, as well as our own clerical and business support staff. Striving to provide the best care possible, all healthcare providers at Children’s Medical Group follow the guidelines recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Lardizabal is a graduate of Southwestern University and joined Children’s Medical Group in 1988. Dedicated to the growth and development of children, she is Board Certified in pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Lardizabal speaks English, Spanish and Filipino.
Dr. Maxcy joined Children’s Medical Group in 1994. He is a graduate of Columbia University, is Board Certified in pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Neuwirth is a graduate of the Bruce Rappaport Faculty of Medicine. Joined Children’s Medical Group in 2005 from Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, she is Board Certified in pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Erika is a graduate of Grand Valley State University. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Erika has been with Children’s Medical Group since 2006.
Morgan us a proud Arizona native. She is a graduate of Northern Arizona University. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Morgan has been with Children's Medical Group since January 2023.
